I live locally and found the reviews online very helpful. I had the unfortunate experience of needing to have an animal euthanised, the whole team were friendly and professional throughout the process and I appreciated their sincerity. All I can say is they made my day far more tolerable by supporting and acknowledging my decision. A big thanks specifically to Makayla at the main branch and Lorraine and Ali at Westgate for all your support, it meant the world to me.
it is ok but the waiting room is very small and not very good if dogs are crowded in together.
Very friendly warm welcome, Lorraine is very helpful and you can truly see that she has a love for animals with her caring way towards them. Jill the vet is amazing she has looked after both my dogs from day one.Thank you both for being so caring towards my babies. Highly recommend.
