Awful.. Rude, late and terrible service. Did a terrible job and carpet looks awful as it's already rippling, now I've had to pay someone else to put it right. . Avoid

Paul from Westgate Carpets provided a great job at a great price, worked around my timescales, turned up on time, happy to leave them the keys etc.I would definately use these guys again.
Luckily I had not read the reviews when Westgate Carpets laid a new laminated floor for me and then returned to fit a stair carpet which I hadn't even bought from them. They were helpful, courteous, reliable, fast, efficient and reasonably priced. The fact that they are so busy is proof that they provide and excellent service.
Avoid this carpet shop! Has now gone out of business and calling themselves Westgate carpets but the same people. Worst experience ever from a carpet shop. And left with a carpet that is faulty ( a line across that isn't part of the pattern) and the fitting is terrible - ridges all along the hallway.Shop owner and his assistant are the rudest people I have encountered in a long time. Very aggressive attitude. You have been warned - go elsewhere!
