Having just reported a fault on our fire system for the third time in as many months, I was told someone would come and look at it again. When I pushed to see if that would be today, the response I received was very poor. I then asked for the name of the person and was told I was speaking to John Meade, the owner of the business - he then hung up! I would not recommend this company to anyone.
