Receptionists are terrible and very slow. Stood for 20 minutes while waiting to be checked for my appointment as I am new and couldn't use the touchscreen check in and when finally got to the front of the que, told I had missed my appointment because I was late, I was early but had to wait for them to check in. Also there is ZERO parking!! Good luck finding a space on the street!
No care or compassion. Receptionists are useless, they can't even get a repeat prescription right after over a year of the same thing. Never get an appointment, receptionists are very snobby and think they're doctors. doctors giving out wrong prescriptions is common at this surgery. Would choose another surgery but I won't be accepted anywhere else due to postcode.
I would like to say a big thank you to the receptionist (unfortunately l was in a state that l did not retain her name - apologies!) who took my call and message this afternoon and also to Dr. Vishwanathan for attending to my husband over the phone and his urgent action. We are very grateful.
